The evening is the best time to buy shoes. When you're on your feet all day your feet swell a little. If a shoe is comfortable in the morning it could be tight on your feet by evening.

I usually just DON'T cut my hair, and wear it in a ponytail all the time. Last summer I got tired of it being so hot on my neck and cut it myself. I just put it in a loose pony-tail and cut right above the rubber band.

Good luck keeping your resolution this year. I've not given TOO much thought to it this year. I do resolve to "Go Green(er)". To remember to recycle, to quit using so many plastic bags, to turn off the lights more often etc.
