Why is it so hard for some people to say those words whenever they made mistake or made some minor error to someone else's. One example my friends yesterday went at a mall and eat a little snack at one of the fast food chain...

onlinemoneymaker1991 maybe some people don't realize the mistakes they are making and if they dont realize the mistakes they are making they wont apologize and then there are other people who say "im sorry" too much just in case they made a mistake because they are very worried...
