I remember reading a book that said that doing the hard stuff first, eating the frog, makes you day flow more smoother. For me that's working out. What frog do you need to eat today?

What health regimens are you/have you tried this year? I just incorporated figs and black cumin seeds into my diet. I plan to later try thisilyn and wheat grass.

opinionated1 Although they both mean the same thing, the expression I read was eating the frog. I remember thinking that was an odd phrase.

opinionated1 What a wonder that will make to your health. I think it helps to start with fruits and veggies you already like. Too many times we try to force ourselves to eat yucky stuff and that's why we don't stick with it? What F & V do you like?

Well the time is here: time to get the kids a dog. I don't look forward to the poop, shots, or possibility of ticks/fleas/ringworm/etc. Other than finding a vet (which I already have) how do I prepare for this?
