Wow, that's really sad. I'm so sorry to hear that happened.
The last time I cried so very much was September 30...my birthday. See, my aunt died back in March and we were very close. She was always around when I was growing up and she was the person I went to talk to if I needed to talk and we shared all sorts of secrets. I went to work with her sometimes, I stayed the night at her house al... |
 | phyrre responded to a discussion called Whats your favorite I ice cream shop? in ice cream. 1 month ago
That's a tough question. I think my favorite is Baskin Robbins, but that could be because that's the only real ice cream shop that we've got around here. I love all the big variety of flavors that they've got there and their waffle cones are absolutely to die for! Plus, the sundaes are absolutely delicious! The only thing I could do without are the prices. They charge way more than we like to p... |
 | phyrre responded to a discussion called What makes you happy? in be happy. 1 month ago
If the things you used to do don't make you happy anymore then maybe it's your brain telling you to try something new? The things that make me happy probably won't make you happy. You just need to experiment and find something that works.
For me, I enjoy taking long walks, spending time with my husband, talking to family, writing, watching tv/movies, etc. Just things that I can while relaxin... |
 | phyrre responded to a discussion called Did you buy your Halloween candy yet? in questions & answers. 1 month ago
We don't actually really get kids where we live. We live in an apartment building and kids won't come into the apartment building to knock on each of the doors, so we stand absolutely no chance whatsoever of actually getting trick or treaters.
We were thinking about buying Halloween candy for us, though. We enjoy munching it every once in a while, but we decided that we are probably not goin... |
 | phyrre responded to a discussion called questions for landlords and tentants in questions & answers. 1 month ago
I'm fairly certain that depends. Technically, the landlord should be the one to fix it in general. Other than that, if the tenant takes it on themselves to fix it then it depends on the landlord. Some might decide to reimburse the tenant, but once the tenant takes it into their own hands without any formal agreement on the landlord's part then I'm pretty sure reimbursement is not guaranteed. It... |
 | phyrre responded to a discussion called Where in the world would you most like to visit? in carribean. 1 week ago
I've always wanted to visit Scotland in particular. My great-grandfather migrated here from there and my grandfather has always wanted to go there, so I really wanted to be able to take him there.:) I thought it would be a really nice treat for him and it would make a great vacation. I've always heard that it's a really nice place and it's a beautiful country. |
 | phyrre received a best response in the discussion disagreement by jb78000. 2 months ago I think exactly the same way you do. Each discussion is a seperate entity, whether I know that person from a previous discussion or not. They could've disagreed with me and fought tooth and nail in one discussion and then given me a darn good answer in another and they would get the best response regardless because they earned it.
Then again, I've given best responses to people that have dis... |
 | phyrre received a best response in the discussion Do they really want advice???? If not, why ask? by PeacefulWmn9. 2 months ago This seems to happen to me all the time. People seem to love to come to me for advice and some people take it, but most people don't actually want to hear what I have to say. I think they want "advice" hoping that I'm just going to say whatever it is that they want to hear to validate them, but it doesn't always happen like that and they get mad if it doesn't.
My sister does this all the tim... |
 | phyrre received a best response in the discussion Why do some parents not care by jugsjugs. 2 months ago I've seen this happen on many occasions, where parents leave their children outside all hours of the night. Hubby and I used to take late night walks when we lived back at home with our parents and we'd see really young children (ages 5 - 8 probably) playing outside on the sidewalk and everything. Granted, our neighborhood wasn't particularly known for being dangerous, but there was still a goo... |
 | phyrre received a best response in the discussion how to remove dandruff from hair? by hareeshbabu. 2 months ago The easiest way I know is to repeatedly use dandruff shampoo. Dandruff is caused by dry skin on the scalp, so in order to get rid of it you need to moisturize your scalp. There are many ways to get rid of it. You can improve your diet, use scalp moisturizers, use dandruff shampoos, and learn how to relax and relieve stress.
Here's a really good website that goes into detail about the causes ... |
