Working overtime, is it good for you or good for the company?

People nowadays work overtime and get little pay. Sometimes we are required to work overtime just to complete unfinished job. We sacrifice our time with our loved ones, family and for our own entertainment. Sometimes our health affected because of working long hours. When it should be 8 hours per day, it goes beyond that. Do we get rewarded for our time and work dedication? Will it do good for your work performance evaluation or it is merely for the company reputation?

Yeah... that's right. In my opinion, working overtime will do more good to company than us. Unless they pay u or u really enjoythe job.

I think the company usually let their workers to work overtime .But if the company gives its workers a lot of money,some people well accept it.
