It's definitly flirting if he is using his tongue to tickle with haha! , but i think it is more than flirting no matter what he is using. It's your decision to decide if this touching is inapropiate. Take care Frodloo.

Yes, it is definitely flirting. Men and women both use touches to flirt. Usually it's more subtle like patting on the arm or playfully pushing. If you and this guy are comfortable enough with each other that you're being tickled on the stomach, good for you.

Yeah I definitely like it. The stomach is a sensitive part of the body. I tickle my wife's stomach a lot and she does the same to me. It's cute and fun.

I think its asault if it is unwanted! Don't just let some guy put his hands on you and say he was only flirting. Flirting is words and looks, not groping! When a guy touches you like that, Slap him really hard and tell him to keep his hands to himself!

Settle down. People touch each other when they are flirting. If it's unwanted, she can say so and it should stop. If you slap a guy, THAT is assault. Don't attack someone without giving them the chance to correct their behavior.

You are male, taskr, you wouldn'tknow flirting from assault. ANY unwanted touch is considered assault, and believe me if some guy tried to tickle me and we already weren't in a relationship, he'd have a lot to answer for.

Wow, okey be relax my friends ... my opinion, it`s conditional on who guy`s flirt you. if you dont know whose him, so you have to ask (if you still patient) or asault him at last ( don`t be anarchy ). may be the description is like this : " Hey .. who are you ??? what do you doing with me !!!! then .. *PLLAAAAKKKK* " Hit him :D hehehe but ................. if that guy is your boyfriend, or someone who`s you can allow to flirt you.
