This Sunday, April 22 is Earth Day. What will you be doing to mark this occasion? Of course, we should be doing something every day to help save the environment but Earth Day is the day for people in their local communities to hold events that recognize the need for energy conservation, water conservation and low-impact living. I went to our small two hour festival in Amherst from 2-4 PM. I rode mass transit home. I'm going to watch several environmental shows on TV to learn more.

That's great! I ended up planting trees and bringing my recyclables to the recycling center. Then in the evening I watched some environmental documentaries on the Science Channel.
