what kind of diet is effective to you?

before i tried the after-six diet. i'll eat early dinner but light and after 6pm i won't eat anymore. but whenever i'm craving for something i'll just drink water or juice or taste a small portion of anything to eat. and i really lose wait. but you need to have discipline and determination in every goal you wanted to achieve. share you diet tips here please...

Yeah i also like to eat dinner early and my dinner is light as it gives body enough time to digest and absorb food. I also like to eat healthy breakfast and dont' skip it as it is important too. If i feel hungry i eat fruits as it has nutrients and is delicious. Then i also like to drink adequate water so that i don't feel dehydrated. I don't eat junk food like pizzas and cold drinks as they add caloires without providing any nutrition.

to me diet are the #1 downfall in todays society....the stress dieting causes only makes the bodies starvation cycle kick in and the bodies stress chemicals also make it hard to diet especially when you are continually thinking about weightloss. For me I have change my eating habits slowly, do not weigh myself and I also no long worry about weight. I have lost 25lbs in 15 month with limited exercise and just diet change.

if we talk about diet im so sad because i want to be fat!!! well you are asking what effective diet for me is lucking of sleep im easily reduce but i think its the metabolism... if our metabolism functional normally we don't need to have that diet tips

well, diet doesn't mean that it just need to lose weight only. we have a diet to gain weight also. luck of sleep may lose iron to your body. you will never recover the sleeps you lose is gone forever so just take vitamins. and foods that will give energy to your body.

i didnt understand what you really want to achieve ,but its nice to know that you are eating early as this will help the digestive system rest while sleeping ,it will help them to repair their damages at night having fruit or juice at night extremely appreciable.what everbe the goal dont get disapoointed keep trying

I think the best aaproach to lose weight is to have your boyfriend dump you hahaha.But thats true it works for me I lost 10 lbs in just one week.But it is not healthy.Excercising and eating less carbohydrates and sweets is still the the healthy way to lose weight.But in requires discipline..which i dont have ...sigh ...:)

actually i'm planning to go on a diet coz i gained 25 pound in 2 yrs... but i have asthma that's why i'm not capable of doing exercises but i'll try your suggestions for diet.. thanks

alright! let me know if my diet works for you too. just don't eat too much carbo, fatty foods (oily), sweets and try to lessen eating fridge foods and drinks. warm water will help. Goodluck!

Well, i dont have to bother on weight loss. I am so lucky that i was given nice body..lol. Well, if i may suggest, exercise is a factor to balance your health and/or for weight loss. Self-discipline and of course avoiding excessive eating. Just limit your food intake. Dunno what to say now... this is what i just heard from our several fellas here... ehehe
