Thank-you for your interest in USA Presidential politics. You should know that President George W. Bush is not eligible to run for President again. In the USA a person can be elected President a maximum of 2 times. President Bush has had his 2 turns. He has to retire from being President of the USA, he has no choice. It is the law.
Who will be the next President?
It's really too early to tell, but right now the unofficial leader of that race according to most political experts would be Hillary Rohdam Clinton.
I don't mean I want her elected or approve of her. She is just the front runner right now and facts are facts.

I think the next president of the USA will be Hillary Clinton. I'd like it to be Senator Thompson. Only time will what will really happen

First of all, President Bush can't be reelected as this is his second term in office and that is all the time that a President can serve at one time.
I believe that Obama would be a great President,but I truly don't think that he will be elected. I certainly don't want it to be Hillary Clinton, although, it would be nice to have a female President for a change. I believe John Edwards stands a good chance of winnning it this time.

You stated that you would like to see a female President for a change. I hope that you meant a qualified person who just happens to be a female and not a female just for gender sake.
