I respond to bold discussions, but not ignorant, stupid bold discussions. Hence, I would respond to a discussion considering the financial viability of myLot's business plan, (I once started such a discussion), but not to a discussion advocating genocide as a solution to the war and turmoil in the middle east.

This is a great idea and sorely needed. I know of 2 areas where our congress critters have exempted themselves in the past. Most people would be shocked. Many will call me a liar. I don't know about being banned from press conferences, but this same paper a few weeks back did an article about how even the Certificate of Live Birth, posted on the internet by the 0bama campaign, was fake and WAL-MART did not carry that issue in its tabloid collection that week. I know I looked for it!

Doctors are highly educated and independent minded. They'll ignore the government guidelines where they feel it is warranted. Of course, for the doctors to ignore insurance companies who will use the government guidelines as an excuse not to pay, will be more difficult.
