I am fond of what we get at the Chinese Restaurants here, though it probably does not serve some of the things you would eat if in China. I am not sure how I would feel about some of the foods or things taken in as medicinal.. especially if it is true that aborted human babies are consumed in china... that horrifies me.

China is a country whose history is more than five thousands years.so some traditional meal is pretty good for your health. just have a try!

I think Chinese delicacies are really good. It is really delicious and the food comes in many forms because of the many different kind of Chinese. Personally, I like Teochew, Cantonese and Szechuan cuisines.

I love Chinese food but I can't eat it anymore. I am a diabetic and the rice and the coating on the meat makes my sugar shoot up way too high. That's one of the foods I miss the most.

I haven't had Chinese food in awhile, though I might again..and I'm an excellent cook and have done my own Chinese cooking, like homemade wonton soup, beef and curry dumplings, stir-fries, and so forth...I love making Chicken Chow Mein as well and traditional almond cookies for a dessert

I like good cooked food. The best is INDIAN food that i really relish but if i go out in a restaurant then i like chinese food a lot. I feel it is a bit spicy so i can't have it without coke.

I think it is VERY good although i do not know if what i call chinese food is authentic, or real, chinese food. Either way it is very tastey and i wish i could learn to make it myself as its pretty expensive here. My favourite food in the whole world is rice. i make rice at least once a day. I eat it many differnt ways. maybe you could pass on a nice authentic chinese recipe for beef fried rice and some chicken chow mein. MM those are my two favourite dishes :)

I do enjoy some chinese foods, however, I think that most of our restaurants that call themselves Chinese are a mixture of many asian cuisines and not specifically Chinese. So, I do not know if what I enjoy is Chinese, Japanese, Siamese or ???

i love americanized chinese food (what we tend to get at chinese restaurants). i also loved the few dishes that a chinese exchange student friend made for me when she was in the states (which was quite different from what we call chinese)
