Flab Abs

What is the best exercise to flat your abs.My wife is perfect in everything.But after delivery is put a little weight around her waist.Can anybody give me the idea to reduce the fat and to flat hertummy.

Hi ssuren, Plain and simple your wife needs to do some ab work, Floor and pelvic exercises, to strengthen and tone her abdominal muscles. They will melt off and she will have to maintain that as well. Goodluck to you's

She should do a lot of cardio if she's trying to get off weight from having a baby. She could go running or take up kick boxing or something like that. If you don't do any cardio, you won't be able to see any muscles that she might get from just doing stomach exercises.

I suppose you are super masculine and not an inch of flab on your bod right LOL Only a little weight huh What is the problem? Wait until she had a couple more LOL Sorry not trying to be rude Are you going to get on the floor with her and activley support her Do the exercises with her. Gotta be nice here or you are going to really tick her off Crunchs work good, walking is good, bike riding, swimming. Any activity will do Wendy
