When i was still a kid my father, never allow us to watch TV while we are eating. He always tells us to respect the food and be thankful for the blessing we have in our dining table. He keep us finished our food and turn off the television for us not to divert our attention. And that is what i am doing too with my kids! Are you this type of person??? Or you are allowed to do it???

All of our family eat and watch T.V. We have a T.V at the kitchen and my parents are maniacs. Usually they organize our lunch when their favourite serials start, so it`s not possible to avoid T.V.watching.

I have always watched TV while eating in the house. This has been going on when I was still a kid. Apparently, we have no rules about watching and eating at the same time. Not only the kids but also the adults in my family watch TV while eating.

My grandfather never allowed me to do it when I was younger. For him it is unethical except if tehre's a big news we really want to see and we are really hungry. Now that I am away from my family for my OJT, I always eat infront of the TV Screen or sometimes, the monitor screen to watch via youtube

Im the type of person that is watching while eating. I dont see anything wrong that while you eat, you can watch. if ever i experience things like that to my father, i will not do it to my kids because, i enjoy watching televison while eating and if my father dont allow me to do so when i was a kid, i will not let my kids feel what im feeling to my father when he didnt allowed me.

When you mean to say eating with meals during lunch or dinner, sometimes I do when I'm alone here at home but most of the time I do eat on the dining table and there's no tv downstairs.. I have no problem with eating and watching as long as they have respect for the blessing in front of them, they don't just throw it away..

we eat out half the time, so it depends on where we eat. going to TGIFridays the TV is on sports networks to I watch. Most other restaurants don't have the tv so don't watch it at them. At home we have the tv on and sometimes it is just noise sometimes we watch what is on.
