i like to 80/20 concept. i think that it's good concept. i am very interest with this concept. and i practice it. the main idea of 80/20 is use 20% effort to produce 80% result. it's mean that we are save our energy and our resources to make more output. i have practiced it and it's good. i use my idea to reduce my work. i use my microsoft office to reduce my job and i use visual basic to make it complete. so after i do that i have good result, i reduce my work from one until two days and i reduce my work become 4 hours. it's all about think smart, not clever, but smart. it's ok become lazy but lazy with smart i think it's good thanks

80/20 is great concept that I have never hear before but that have used and I never knew it had a name. The only bad thing is that I wish I could use it more often but I'm not that smart or that patient. But I will try to use it more often to see if a can get more ideas and insted of doing 40/60 I could really be at 80/20

I've always learned that the 80/20 concept is that we spend 80% of our time on 20% of the issues. For people problems this is absolutely true. I spend 80% of my time solving issues for the lower 20% of my performers. The top performers get hardly anytime, but in the end I like to reward them more. It is those few at the lower percents of the 80% group that get lost in the wayside.

Thanks for giving so good concept, my friend. It tells us to use the least energy to produce most output. It is harder to do than say it. right? I am happy to see you apply this concept to your life perfectly. Well, I am wondering how do I use it? I am study a course recently. I have to think about it how to reduct the hours of reading to get more knowledge.
