do you use expensive disposable diapers?

i use cheap disposable diapers but my son got skin rashes. now i resort to expensive diapers, and his diaper rashes are gone, but it adds cost to expenses. what will i do to lessen it's cost or minimize it's use? do you have any idea?

You can eliminate the cost of diapers altogether by buying and using cloth diaper. They are expensive when first buying them but the then cost nothing but the soap to wash them.. This would also help the environment. by not filling the land fill. You could also get diaper liners to prevent the rash.
