OK so here's what you do. Not enough for the jam recipe. Peel the peaches as the jam recipe says then make a peach pie or cobbler. The recipe calls for just about 1 cup of sugar to 1 cup of peaches.

Hello winterose. Where I live here in Michigan I have to make an appointment two weeks ahead of the need for the transportation both ways.and it costs two dollars each way.
