Are Sisters more of half sisters when they have different mothers or fathers?

It doesn't matter. As long as they only have 1 parent in common they are half sisters. However, half sisters who grow up together under the same roof are generally closer than half sisters who grow up in separate households

That is not true. As I am very close to my half sisters. I really think it depends on how the kids are raised. Also what they do with theirs after they are grown. I am closer to my half sisters I was not raised with compared to the half brother that I was raised with. One sister is 10 years younger than me.

yes if you have different mother/father then you are half sisters.. but its ok because you still have the same biological mother/father..

You get half of your DNA from each parent, so you arehalf siblings regardless of which parent you have in common. Generally people will consider you "more" sisterly if you share a mother but that's just a social construction. Biologically, those kids that only share a mother are just as much siblings.

Half siblings are siblings that have a different father or mother than you. Half siblings do not mean anything else. You can be close them. YOu can look like them. Or look totally different. You can act lik ethem or act totally different. Itr all comes down to genetics and how the half siblings are raised.

Maybe literally but sometimes half sisters could also consider as biological sisters depending on their relationship for each other. Others even they are half sisters at the same time they are the best of friends because they are at ease with each other and comfortable with each other's company. They understand each other and always support one another.
