When someone is really drunk, I believe the resturant has a responsibility o get the parton a ride home. As they did not cut them off when the should have. Seeing someone have one drink with a mel does not bother me. As most people don't get drunk with one drink.

Idon't blame you one bit for lettting their dog loose. I Hope you called animal control so the dog was picked up and not hit by a car.

Yeah, I have been here and there. I have just moved out of state and starting over. I am staying with my sister. It is hard. Thanks for the tip, I will check my local noise ordiances out.

I do nt know if the walk the dog or not. I just know of the times the dog is tied up outside and left to bark. That I can hear. i know the neighbors work odd hours.

I know what you mean. My two dogs are in a cage much ofthe day in the house. because my sister has a pitbull. hey don't get along. kinda nuts when they all are out. I hat to do that. but am thinkig I MAY HAVE TO GET RID OF both of them soon.

Me to.......while the owners are outside, I can understnd. But all the time. The dog goes crazy.
