Allergy any body????????

yeah am suffering from allerygies too. i have a skin allergy which i get from foods that i eat like chicken, fish etc. am also allergy to perfumes, colognes, dogs, cats, some clothes, weather changes, etc which usually gets me irritated because i always cough, sneeze and my nose is getting red and it even came to the point that it lead to having a nose bleed, allergy to dust, smokes, etc. i usually gets suffocated when the door is close or windows are close, on crowded places.

I got that when I was young. I easily get irritated by strong smell not only perfumes but anything that has strong smell. But I think I outgrew it and has not gotten allergice to it anymore. What did I do? I guess nothing when I grew up I didn't experienced it anymore. I guess my body was able to adjust with it. But I do get allergic with dust and change in weather I still experience runny nose and itchiness when those factors come in.
