Yeah, well I am also disgusted also after the Ondoy flooding my phone hasn't been restored to date. Although my Internet connection was restored already my phone was not. I am contemplating that I subscribe to internet only plan than wait for the service to be restored.

The end of the world has been long forecasted and there has been many prediction that passed and still we are here continuing on. I think there is no need to think of what is to come but rather do what you can do today to have a better life. If the end would indeed come then we can say that we have used our remaining life not in vain.

Yup you are right about that. We cannot really predict when that will happen just like earthquakes are they just happen when they are there and no one has successfully predicted when it comes.

Well from what you describe your situation you are not happy anymore with your job. I would find and look for a new job in that case. I think the workplace would just put too much pressure on you if you could not work properly with your co-workers anymore.

I guess there are many non violent or physical forms of discipline for a child to do. I think every school knows that by now as the stick is not a good method to change behavior of a child.

Well one thing is to know, how is he related to you your work. Is the work being given to you part of you your duties as a newly installed manager in your area. I guess as a manager it is you who is supposed to be delegating task from your subordinates and the only one that can give you an additional task is your immediate superior if there is one higher in your position.
