how do u react whenever someone breaks away ur heart?

I have had my heart broken many times in the past before I met my husband. I always cried and felt really bad for myself when someone would break my heart. I would feel shame, remorse and self pitty for myself because my heart hurt and I thought it was all my fault for the things that were happening to me. I hate when someone plays with my heart and emotions for no reason because those wounds and scars never seem to fully heal.

Well,the sad news is i have had lot of experiences of this type.The first thing i tend to do to someone who really hurt me is to stop talking with them.I prefer not to have any kind of interaction even if they are willing.I hope by this i can make them feel how hurt i am.I sometimes even try hurting them back indirectly by reminding them of all the good times we had together.I try telling them how much they meant to me and what all i had done for them.

I'm actually not a very emotional person. My guess is I would get over her pretty quickly.
