Many a times i skip breakfast..

Breakfast - A healthy Breakfast.

Breakfast is known to be the most important meal of the day. I also know that skipping it can lead to obesity. Still i do skip breakfast in a hurry to get to work. What about you?

Its wired into my head - I just can't skip breakfast! Luckily, I get breakfast at my office, so if I get too late, I eat at my office. I usually eat things that take about 5 minutes to make - things like egg+potato+tomato sandwiches, then there's tomato omelette, which doesn't have egg at all :D Or sometimes I just have butter and toast.

Well, that's very nice that you are serious about having your Breakfast. I should follow your footsteps too,lest nobody would recognise me tomorrow. I may become obese or just vanish,lol.

If I get up very late, I have to skip breakfast, but breakfast is very dilicious, sometimes I get can't wait to get up to eat it. I don't eat very much every day, so I cherish every chance I can eat. By the way,I am a good eater, I just control the carolic I take in concerning my weight.

Sometimes i skip my breakfast if i'm in hurry. Breakfast is very important for whole day, can make you have more energy for a day. I've got toast bread and hot tea for breakfast that enough for me

As much as possible I try to take breakfast every morning. I have read that people who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration. thanks, have a nice day!

Oh no!! It's sort of have become a habit for me skipping breakfast. Guess i need to make sure that i have something in the morning. Thanx anyway.

You shold be eating a big breakfast with some fruit and grains for energy. When you skip breakfast you are very hungry and starting to run down by lunch time and if you skip lunch you tend to over eat at supper time causing obesity. You could start breakfast the night before and have it ready in the morning. Get a small crock pot for hor cereals or have a cold cereal in the bowl ready and waiting to eat in the moring have the frsh fruit peeld ena cut up. this will save you time and get you off to a great day.

Something else you might consider is haveing something that you can grab as you go out the door if you are running late.

I skip it quiet a bit but I never used to. I'm working on getting back on a schedule and eatin it everyday.

Well, That's nice to hear that you are trying to get back to the schedule. You can even have some fruits which you can eat and run even if you have a hectic schedule. I started doing it now. Thanks for your response.

Before I used to skip breakfast, but rightnow I changed the bad habit. I make sure to eat breakfast everyday. It is much healtheir that way.

I eat breakfast every morning. It is too important of a meal to skip. I have oatmeal with applesauce or Special K. ceareal. If I don't eat it at home I bring my breakfast to work and eat it before I start my shift. It makes me feel very good and I don't get hungry until lunchtime.

It's very nice to hear that you are not one of the Breakfast skippers. Unfortunately i am. I eat it regularly for a few days and then again go into the skipping mode and i need someone to always force me to have my meals which is very bad. I wish i was like you too. Thanks for your response.

Wow! I never know that! I rarely eat breakfast. I ensure that my daughter does but me I dont eat any most of the time. I will eat lunch and thats it. No more food for the day. When I am at home I eat breakfast and nothing more for the day.
