Dont you just hate it when people snore so loud that it affect your sleep? Especially if you are sleeping next to him/her. Majority of men snore when they sleep. I know women snore too. What is your best solution if your sleeping partner's snoring keeps you awake? Do you opt to sleep in another room? Do you ask him to seek medical treatment? Or do you wake him up just to stop him snoring? Is snoring a medical problem?

I'm sorry to have to say that by me the one that snores it's me.. My husband wakes me because he can't sleep. I don't know if there is a medical treatment, but I think I need it.

The first few nights I would plug his nose to make him stop but then he made funny noises now i wear ear plugs and crank the alarm clock as loud as it goes so I still hear it, it also scares the crap out of him EVERY morning. Its my little bit of revenge.
