does anyone know if and how to get a trial by jury date moved.

If you are the plaintiff, you have more control over moving the date. I won't give any more advice because this was posted so long ago. So, did everything work OK? It's been over 2 years since you've posted this.

Do you have a lawyer? They should be able to help you with this. Also you maybe able to write to the judge and ask for a sooner date. Alot will depend on the jury. If they are ready. Good Luck
