i love tea! in my opinion, warm teas taste best naturally without sweeteners. flavored teas when taken as iced tea usually don't require sweeteners either, but it really depends on the flavoring, i guess. black and green teas are really good for you because their antioxidants, but these teas should not be taken with milk as the milk opposes the healing or defensive qualities of these teas.

i like all sorts of ice cream and ice cream concoctions. there are many different types of ice cream sandwiches - i do like the ones that use chocolate chip cookies with lots of nuts and either chocolate or vanilla ice cream on the inside. i do also enjoy the dark chocolate cookie with neapolitan ice cream on the inside.
