OK this is a continuation of my first discussion. I will provide a link at the bottom for those of you who didn't read it. You have decided its best not to pull the respirator from your uncle so you smile and get ready to tell him your sad story when he closes his eyes and goes to sleep. Later the doctors tell you he is in a coma and not sure when he will come out of it. You go home disappointed because you still owe money. You end up losing your home and losing everything and are now homeless and live on the streets. While you eat at the free soup kitchen. You sit there and think about how you are a billionaire to be, and you're eating in a soup kitchen. You finish your soup and walk outside. Its dark and cold and you know you need to find a place to sleep. All of a sudden you hear a loud ruckus. You turn and look to see two men are beating up a third man. As you run over to help these two men run off. The third man lay bleeding and unconscious. You look to see if you can help. You turn him over and out of his shirt pocket drops a wad of bills. There are thousands of dollars there. Funny the man is not dressed like he would have that much cash. The man is unconscious you are all alone. Would you take the money and run. Take the money and anonymously call for help? Take the money to hold and call the police and when the police get there turn the money over to them, and tell them that it belonged to to the man. Would you leave it in his pocket and walk away. What would you do?? Here is the link to the first part: http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/1031080.aspx

I would sit with the Man and call the Police I would not even hold the Money I would wait till the Police and Ambulance arrive and once I knew he was ok I would be on my way The only way that I would hold onto the money is if I had to leave the Man to find a Phone and then go back and put it back in his Pocket

Well I would collect all of it up after I called the Police as I think a life is more Important then all the money being there because it has blown all over

Wow! You certainly make us think, you know I'm always honest and I hope my halo doesn't slip or you think any less of me, but I would take the money and then go to the nearest telephone box and call services obviously anonymously then I would disappear into the sunset with my windfall. Nothing on my conscience this time, so I have no worries on this answer princess x

Without any doubt at all, I would call the police and hold the money for safekeeping until they got there. Then I would hand it to the police and ask for a receipt, telling them that it belonged to the man. (I don't trust cops!) lol. I can see where you're coming from though... down and out, and the attackers run off without the money, then you find it. Who's to know the attackers hadn't taken it but you... but then, and here comes the reality of it... would you be able to live your life with stealing an injured man's money?? I know I wouldn't. Brightest Blessings, my friend.

I would call the police and take the money to hold it for him and give it to the police and I will explain to the police why I am holding the money for the man.

Well i am fortunate that i read the earlier discussion and responded to that, Now if at all i come across some one bleeding on the road after being bullied. I would first try to take him to the hospital and call the police in the meantime. Saying words is easy but when we are in that situation we will feel really sorry for that person and anyone would feel like helping that person. Money doesn't make all the things kindness and helping nature does. We are going to save a life here if we opt to lose those few bucks.
