manicures

I do 1 myself at home every week. I undergo the following -soak -cut nails -remove old polish -clean fingernails with orange stick -use pumice stone on feet -use a scrub on feet -moisturise

I have had many professional manicures - at least 20 or more. Some salons are better than others in that some supply a wonderful hand and arm massage. I have also had fools that hurt me by cutting my cuticles too closely. Another consideration is cleanliness. One of the last manicures I had about 4 years ago left me with a terrible cuticle infection that took three different rounds of antibiotics to cure. This salon was new and in a ritzy neighborhood. To this day, my cuticle will swell and hurt a few days, then it goes away. It will probably never be right again. That said, a professional manicure is a nice treat but I would get a recommendation or go to a well-known salon not a little place in the mall or a strip center but a full-fledged spa place.

My sister has had a pedicure done professionally. She never thought she would ever have such a thing done. After receiving a pedicure as a prize she won, she had her first pedicure. She told me that she would pay money to have this done on a regular basis. I would love to have one done, just once. But, until my ship comes in, I will have to pass.

hey, why not! sure you must, and make it look nice, what color do you like?^_^ put plain, some glitters or just original? dark or bit pastel satin?i love to treat myself specially after months of working hard, with our earnings here, its our privilege to enjoy and treat ourselves to have what we can to achieve all the glory of our sweat and sacrifice.. im planing to go to a sauna for the next pay, i'll have a nice massage and a good sleep.. then back to work.. hehehe^_^ take care and enjoy living life to the fullest^_^

it is necessary to pamper yourself once in a way,especially before an occasion,or festival

i have my nails done by a professional people esp. when ill attend important occasion and when i have the time also. but if time doesnt permit me, ill just clean my nails on my own.
