He is dearly missed by many. I can still hear the sound of his laughter, feel his larger than life presence, and hear him say "Every day above ground is a good day." I know that he is in a better place. The pain and suffering for him has ended. Wish I had his broad shoulders to lean on. Miss him terribly.

Even when you think you are getting a good deal you get a surprise when you get the bill. When I return and still can't complete the project, I put it away and find something else to do. Usually I figure out the problem and go on. But, there have been times when I just pick up the entire project and stuff it in a box and forget about it.

She has been dreaming about her father and sometimes it brings her calm and other times not. The one thing about the other 3 is that they are now sober enough to be able to grieve for the loss of their father. I agree that one day we shall all be reunited. My faith tells me so.

Just when you think things can't get any worse...it does. Three of my four children have been arrested and the charges are pretty bad. My youngest daughter tried to overdose but failed (Thank God!)....
Whenever we go to the beach I scan the shores and water for shells. I love sand dollars and have many of them adorning my shelves in my home. I also collect unique shells and rocks too.
