Misspelled words become popular discussions!!

Why is it when I misspell a word in a discussion headline that discussion is popular so everyone can see the mistake I made. Its so embarrassing and although I like the fact the my discussion has become successful I hate the fact that I have to stare at the mispelled word to answer the comments. Lol. I know its misspelled but since we cant edit then it has to stay misspelled. I hate that. absolutely hate it. Have you ever done anything like that? That you get embarrassed to see your misspellings out in the open. Yes, i use spell check but sometimes i mange to use the wrong word or miss the word altogether.
PS Have you ever spelled "THE" TEH?? lol I do that all the time. I need my own TEH club. Anyone wanna join??

LOL, I know what you mean. I just did this recently and I'm one of thse people who are really bugged by spelling errors I make. And then people kep replying to it and I wonder if they think i'm stupid lol. :)
And my keyboard gets weird sometimes and doesn't keep up with me or skips letters. It's annoying. :p

Oh silly princess. So you think everyone should start misspelling their words? You are gonna get stoned for suggest everyone to lower their standard of the language. (But I will erect a force shield to protect you from the mob.. see how sweet I am. ^^) :P
A spelling error is usually glaring so it might have caught the attention of people this way. But your discussion must first appeal to them, otherwise this would do not good in the end.
Let's see. Maybe I should deliberately make some spelling errors next time. :P

Oh my Lord, You don't need spelling erors for your discussions. Thank you for protecting me. I need that proctection. I am way up high in my tower you see. lol. I really hope everyone does not spell words like I do lol. Hands lord my best pink silk scarf. Now go fight dragons or something lol

No harm trying lol but I am not sure if I am courageous enough to make spelling mistakes lol. Sometimes I know I do make typos here and there - that I noticed only after posting - but they are all unintentional. It's like, they are staring at me yet I couldn't see them. :P

I have had this happened to me as well and it is so annoying that u can not go back and change it. I once wrote a very big fault. I actually contacted mylot and had them remove it coz it was a really embarrassing mistake that changed the entire topic of the discussion. *lol*

Yes, I don't like finding mistakes in my posts. I re-read every post but often miss things. Not much you can do and I don't let it bother me. I am not an expert typist and often find myself looking up words in the dictionary. There are certain words I constantly misspell. A few days after posting, the discussion is forgotten so it is not really worth getting upset.

LOL!!! I always miss spell words, don't worry about it. I don't even check to see if i miss spelled a word or not...LOL I probley should tho, but im just to lazy to do it.

I wanna be in your club ;0) Without blowing my own trumpet spelling is my strong point, and it's very rare that you will see a typo, a grammar mistake or punctuation yes, but never a spelling mistake! I have never understood properly why we can't have an edit button so that we can go back and rectify any mistakes. No one notices your brilliant discussions and responses, only the glowing errors lol! Detention for you young lady!

lmao...i'll join the teh club! i misspell stuff all the time. but i'm a stickler for that, so i always check myself. it takes me forever to type something sometimes! but i type very well, so i make active use of the backspace button. and when i know i've spelled something wrong i can fix it and not even blink an eye. the backspace button has become and integral part of typing in my life lol. but yes, i do the TEH thing constantly...lol. i just laugh it off and fix what i can when i can. there are so many more important things, you just gotta roll with the punches. :)

Yes, I have meet similar situation.
I suggest you to use Firefox for browsing mylot, by the latest verison of firefox, you can install the dictionary which helps you to check the wrongs words immediately. I whink it can reduce your mistakes before posting.

Thats okay, those of us with an 9th grade education can hardy notice. Yes, I dont really care that we cant edit our post after we make them, Once you put it up there, its there forever. Dont worry, with all the language barriers around, a few mispelled words dosent really matter. By the way, how do you spell manage? LOL Take care!!

OMG!! NOOOOOOOOOOOO I misspelled manage too. rofl. Yes THANKS alot for pointing that out. I had to go up and reread my discussion to see that word. lol. I'm glad i don't have mange. or my dog either. You are an absolute brat you know that/? lol

Hello,mssnow,I think you also notice I have a lot of typos in my discussions and replies,I do not even notice it after I have some comments to the discussions.Of course, it is better not to have any mispelling in the discussions ,but I am too lazy to check,may be you will find some mistakes in this reply too.lol.
I think I have also mispelled the into teh..lol. may be I will join you.

who cares as long as you can understand the post .we all make some mistakes and if your typing fast its easy to make a spelling error .it dont bother me im in here to pass some time and have some fun

LOL. I know what you mean. The other day I started a discussion and I forgot to put y on today I felt so dumb the subject was As you know toda is.. when I saw that I thought UGH and I can't even change it. It was supose to be As you know today is.. oh well I'll get over it. yep I have use teh or adn ok I'll join the TEH club. Have a good day.
