You know you are living in 2007 when....

(I just got this in an email, so don't know who thought it up!) 1. You accidentally enter your PIN on the microwave. 2. You haven't played solitaire with real cards in years. 3. You have a list of 15 phone numbers to reach your family of three. 4. You email the person who works at the desk next to you. 5. You pull up in your own driveway and use your cell phone to see if anyone is home to help you carry in the groceries. 6. You get up in the morning and go on line before getting your coffee. 7. You start tilting your head sideways to smile. :) 8. You're reading this and nodding and laughing. 10. Every commercial on television has a web site at the bottom of the screen. 11. Leaving the house without your cell phone, which you didn't even have the first 20 or 30 (or 50/60) years of your life, is now a cause for panic and you turn around to go and get it. 12. You can't figure out how to set the clock on the VCR/DVD machine.

13. You understand how this stuff works and realize that you really don't need it to live. Did you know that having a cell-phone is like having a tracking device attached to you?

That is so true. You can't get away as long as you carry one with you! I'm glad they weren't so available while I was working!

This was hysterical susieq...there are a few I really can't identify with..like the microwave..uh, believe it or not I don't have one...But I do race to the computer while my breakfast is cooking..uh, which I often burn the scramble eggs just so I can check out my email..and yes as I read this I laughed...I do notice everything on tv has a website...I even just signed up for the on-line Wheel of Fortune...I do feel naked without my cell phone if I go out...I am however one of the rare folks who can set the clock on the VCR Here's a few more to add, I think: 1). On your message machine you have the message "Press one for English" 2). You accept people talking out loud in the streets, since you figure they are talking into their cell phones (some maybe aren't though and are actually talking to themselve) 3). You only just talked to your friend on the phone..she wants you to come over to her place. While outside you use your cell phone to call up your friend down the block to tell her your on your way (I actually did this) 4). You get disappointed if a show or commercial DOESN'T have a website address

I use my DVD player more than the VCR...need to clean the heads..plays back fine at the faster speed but not slow...and most of my tapes I used the slow speed so I could tape more stuff on it--On the rare occasions I do use it, sometimes I think..oh, let me put it in zoom mode, or let me switch the audio to a different language or the subtitles --then I remember...uh...the VCR can't do that...LOL

1. I don't need to enter any PIN number in my microwave, LOL. 2. I only played solitaire games through computer 3. This is very true. I need to list down 5 different numbers from my brother alone. 4. Oh no, I never do that yet. I only emailed to faraway friends and relatives. 5. Hahhh, how I wish I can rely on someone to help me with my grocery stuff. My bunny is certainly too small to help me out. 6. Nahhh...I fix my coffee first before hitting on line. I love the smell of coffee greeting me in the morning. 7. I only smiled at people I know. Otherwise, I smiled in front of my computer. 8. I always do that while doing mylotting. 9. This is also very true. You can easily check their website for each product you are interested in. Its quite accessible nowadays. 10. Oh yes, I can't leave my house without my cell. Its very important to me. 11. LOL, I still know how to read the manual for that, LOL!

They all apply to me except for the coffee. Nothing gets in front of that!
