cheesy scotch eggs

Here is a cheap, quick and easy use of eggs, not only is it nutritious but tastes good. Kids love it, but i also like it in a picnic EGGS PLAIN FLOUR 35 GRAMMES ANY HARD, WHITE CHEESE , GRATED 70 GRAMMES BEATEN EGG, ONE EGG PER PERSON MILK POWDER 10 GRAMMES A LITTLE WATER BREAD CRUMBS FOR COATING METHOD Boil eggs for ten minits. shell them and cut in half lengthways 2)mix together the flower, cheese, beaten egg, milk powder, water and seasoning to form a paste. 3) shape the paste round your eggs 4) dip in bread crumbs 5) deep fry and serve immediately enjoy

They sound like something I could really relish.. but I'm not allowed :( Too much cholesterol).. Funny how you always want what you can't have..

I have had Scotch eggs at a restraunt before they ere yummy. My daughter loved them. I'm going to send her the recipe. She is on bed rest ith baby number 3. It will give her something to do. Collecting recipes to try.
