Meditation has been proven as an effective way to hand stress and pressures of daily life. Though recent studies have shown that over-doing it can have side effects, moderate use of mediation can improve mental health.
Do you mediate? If so, in what form and technique?

I am not so advanced as to meditate. I just try to concentrate as much as I can on my favorite image or a quality of God and try to keep the concentration continuous. Meditation is that thing that comes just before the last stage of illumination. I haven't gone that far yet.

Meditation isn't really that hard, if you're not trying too hard to get it right. The trick is just to relax and enjoy the ride :)

Yes, I do meditate. Informally, I try to think about my breathing pattern and clear my mind.More formally, I meditate by listening to meditation compact discs. How much meditation is "over-doing" it? and what are the side effects? This is an intriguing study.
