I would rather find a job and sweat to earn to give my family a decent way of life rather be jobless in refuge who maybe relying their day to day commodities in donations or from government supports. And I can say that those who are in refuge camp would also find a profitable job if there's an open opportunity for them. One of the bible passage says: "One who doesn't work should not be given any food". How would you say to your children to be a responsible citizen when they see you doing nothing to live. If you can stand in you own why then rely on other for survival. Isn't enough that God gave us complete body to live normally, to use it wisely, and to be productive in good reason. Why waste it?

Thank you for this contribution. Every able man and woman should be engaged in a work. No food for a lazy man lol

Gypsies technically don't have jobs, and wanderer's of old survived off the land, as did hermits. So yeah, you can definitely survive in this world without jobs. Do people want to? Not really. Because most often, surviving without a job means you can't keep your house, car, or beloved technology. But is all that stuff really necessary for life? Nope. It sure makes it nicer, but it's not necessary for you to continue breathing. I could survive, yes. I have the unfortunate knack to.

I think you can if you have enough income to make up for that job; I suggest a book. Making A Living without a job; I read it some years ago and found it quite interesting; the author of the book is Barbara Winter; you can get it through Amazon.com or if you are part of the books swaps, you can get a copy as well.

Personally, I don't think I'm going to survive without a job if I already move out of my parents' house, my savings wouldn't last but if I stay with my parents I think I can survive without a job but I wouldn't want that. I also want to earn some money on my own.

I'm already without a job now. Although i'm trying to find a suitable job that works for me, it's difficult walking to these different places under the hot sun, and even spending your bus fare money to do so. So i'm already lookning for a job, but i'm still alive without one.
