banana pancake

I just saw this recipe and I wanted to share with you. It's brasilien and it is easy is certainly delicious! 2 beated eggs, 1 cup of flour, 2 teaspoons of leaven, 4 kneaded bananas and milk as you like. You mix all the ingridients and fry it in small portions (1 spoon). Serve them warm with suger and cinnamon. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm........!

hmmm it sounds delicious! i love cooking and trying new dishes. i'm interested in this recipe you've told. could you please tell me what is leavens??? you know what? banana is a good facial mask too! smash it well with or without rose water and put it in face as a mask and remove it after it dries up. this gives instant brightness to your face. and, since it is natural there is no harm to your skin.

It's hard to explain because I don't know the english word. I translated with babelfish. But I saw now that the correct name in english is baked soda.

It sounds delicious, I will try them but can you tell me what is "leaven" is that a spice I have never heard of this. I really enjoy banana nut muffins so I am sure banana pancakes should be just as delicious.

i think it's mentioned above as 'baking soda'. if you don't want to use that. you can also use self-raising flour. has the same effect i think. hope you enjoy making those pancakes!

Yummy! I love banana pancakes. I have never tried your recipe before, but I have added bananas to pancake mix and instead of topping it with cinnamon I added it to the batter with a little vanilla flavoring. I have tried blueberries and strawberries and they were good. I have never tried apples though. Good idea. Happy Cooking!

This sounds like a great and somewhat unique recipe. I believe I have heard of banana pancakes but I am not sure if I have had them before. I have had blueberry pancakes of course and also chocalate chip ones. Boy are they good! The banana pancake idea sounds like an easy one. Thanks for passing it on.
