Do you say Gesundheit or Bless You when someone sneezes?

Being of German heritage, I usually say gesundheit, because that's what my family always said. If I'm out amongst others that I don't know I'll often say bless you. Yes, if I'm shopping and somebody sneezes I usually say bless you; usually they say thank you. Doesn't hurt to be nice to people, most appreciate it.

To be completely honest, no I do not. Instead, I think about the germs that are coming my way.

I always say God bless you. Or I say nothing if I don't know that person too well. Never the first word. I only know English lol. :P

I say 'Bless you' whether I know them or not. I've yet to meet anyone who have been offended or anything like that and if I did, I would probably still say, 'bless you.' I was always taught it's a nice thing to do and it is comforting in a way when I sneeze and someone says, 'bless you' to me :)
