That is commonly known as a "gut feeling". It is like having my own built in radar and always pay attention to what it is trying to tell me.

I used to a lot when I lived in bad neighborhoods, I'd just get a creepy feeling, then I'd turn around and there would be some strange dude following me! I think they are there for a reason.

No, not all the time and I wish I truly did then I wouldn't be in this damn mess I am in now, half the mistakes and regrets I have in life is due to the fact that I don't pay attention to my instinct. My gut instinct told me NOT to get involved with my ex but I ignored it and boy did I pay the price. I have actually wasted 9 years of my life through ignorinig my instincts if that is not a lesson in life to take notice of I don't know what is!

When I was younger I was often a risk taker and never really intune with my instincts. I am, however, on most occasions right about someone when I first meet them whether it is good or bad. I do try to see past this and accept them for who they are, but 9 times out of 10, I am let down or proved right with my feelings and wished I had listened more to my instincts instead of wasting my time trying to prove myself wrong. I suppose its how we learn though and decide not to make the same mistakes again. As I am older now, I do listen more to what my instincts tell me and it has helped me move on in my career, get a degree and accept life for what it is most times. I still enjoy the odd risk take now and again.

I always trust my instincts. There have been times in the past when not doing so has gotten me into trouble, so I know better now. If I have a feeling about something, it's for a reason! It happens to me most often when meeting a new person, and I get a feeling about how trustworthy they are or what kind of person they are. I swear, there are people I have met than I wanted to go take a bath afterwards, I just felt slimy being in the same room with them! I don't ever trust those people, and invariably if forced to stay in contact with them for some reason I do find out they are bad people in one way or another.

I have learned from past experiences to always trust my instincts. I have found that if I do listen to my instincts, I will be able to do the things that are most important. For instance, I oftne get the feeling that I need to contact someone. If I dont do it, I find out later that they needed help or that they were having a bad day and needed a friend. I always trust my instincts. I even trust or distrust people on my instincts. My instincts are nealy always correct.

Yes I do. Especially if I have a dream about something, or a preminition.
