I just saw Spider-Man 3 and will say that it's the perfect end to the trilogy, epic, by comic-book-to-movie adaptation standards, in every sense of the word. It was around two and a half hours, but it went by in the blink of an eye. Have any of you seen it? If so, what did you think?

Hi, I haven't seen spiderman yet and to be honest I didn't know that there was even a second one oops! Although I did hear that the 3rd was out this weekend in this county. I'm afraid it's not my thing but glad you had a good time.

I dunno it's just something I didn't get into as a kid, now if you change the subject onto The Simpsons, then I'd be here all day lol!

I know the first appearance of the black costume was in issue 252, but I wasn't really reading the comic during that time.

I think i will watch it at some point because i think its the best superhero series of films ever made. I have heard comments saying its not as good as expected and that the evil version of spiderman only appears for the last twenty minutes or so of the film which is not so good. I have also heard however that the special effects are excellent and i would expect them to be when you consider Spiderman 3 is the most expensive film ever to come out of Hollywood.

It's true that Venom doesn't show his face until the end, or nearly so, but that doesn't detract from the movie in any way. This Spider-Man was driven more by the story than its two predecessors.

Venom vs. Carnage - This is an amazing piece of work, featuring Venom and Carnage, villains of your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man
Yeah, Venom had been a favourite villain of mine for some time. I'm glad to see that they finally used him. Maybe Carnage will be in the next one!:)
