How many of you do joggin every morning?

I go to jog every morning from past two years. And i has helped me a lot. I run for about 7km non-stop, then do some light exercises like push-ups. Im 21 so have a lot of energy!LOL! I believe so much in this because earlier i used to get ill once in 3-4 months, but since i have started jogging and light exercises, i only once had fever in these two years!

I should go running and jogging! But actually I don't. Lazy man I am! I use one of those training devices looking like a starship with pedals... My indoor training is very irregular although. I'll try to follow your example, forcing me, since I'm not able to care of fitness.

You should not neglect jogging. And those devices are not goin to make a long term effect i tell you. Go with natural ways. And if u remain lazy, be prepared for backaches and high BP problems in early 40's of your age! What can i say else?

Thank you for this answer! I'll have a lot to think about this question. I think that you're absolutely right! Now I just have to overcome the limits posed by my laziness. (I think I'll work gradually on it) bye bye

Though all the exercises are good for health jogging ie running not fast and not slow is seems to be the one ,which can be done with lot of enthusiasam and fun.When all othe exercises constrain to a minimum space limit .Jogging gives you lot of space and lot of scence ,you can lot of people ,enjoy the weather ,but now i usually prefer yoga exercises which i am doing on the terrace of my home .but now days no exercise.i consider fever as a sign of a healthy body and people who has got of lot vital energy only have fever ,fever seems to be a disease which is intend to be a mechanisam to burn the toxins in our body by increasing temp.i think at time of fever with out going for medication it is better to take juice for two days and it will be gone.though the discussion is not about fevver i just made a comment.......by the way by jogging your mind will also get lot of energy .

You do ypga is soo nice, and do jogging everyday. Ecercises should form an important part of our daily schedule. What you said about fever is somewhat ture. Its natural to get ill, body needs smoe exceuse to get rest! isnt it?

yeah.. thats true... Running is the best exercise... It keeps u fit and healthy... And increases ur stamina... Even me too go for jogging daily for atleast 1 hour.. I really enjoy doing that... Moreover it also energises me up..
