Well he is too old ofr a dreamy party lol. But I am giving him a great day out with myself and his best friend. He wants to visit the biggest toyshop in the U.K called Hamelys and spend his birthday money there. Then we will go and eat somewhere nice and go on the big London Eye, At his age, he will be 12, I think that is not a bad birthday gift. I hope you have a great party and you have a wonderful idea for your daughter, she is a lucky girl, enjoy!

My daughter will also be turing 7. Her dream party would be to take all her friends to chuck e cheese and then an indoor water park. Unfortunately, she isn't having a dream party. She is inviting some of her closer friends over for a hot tub party. We are having a luau theme. She also loves spongebob, so we have a spongebob cake and pinatea. We are giving all the kids lais and having a limbo contest. I am sure it will be a great day full of fun.

My daughter had a luau party last year when she turned 8 and she loved it. It was pretty easy to plan and the kids had a blast.

I'd always dreamed I could give my son a birthday party. I was never in a position to give him one as he always had to spend his birthday weekend with his father in another city. But last year I had the courage to say no to my ex-husband and organise my son a party. Both our dreams came true. My son finally had his party, Id made him a icc-cream cake styled as a soccor ball which sat on a sponge/chocolate cake shaped into a soccor field. All his friends from school came (every one of the 11 invites for his 11th birthday turned up). We had normal boy games, they played, roamed the streets for a while, then we played soccor. And all 12 boys loved I could play and got so excited to see that a mum could play soccor and get lots of goals. Troy had a ball, he had his party with all his friends and his friends thought his mum was cool. His party is still a top subject and that was nearly a year ago. The boys are planning a camp out this year. Ahhh Im not sure if I can handle all 11 on my own for more than 5 hours, I was exhausted the first time, but I'll give it a go, I'll jsut have to brib some helpers I think.....

I've found that after the 1st birthday, it's not about my dream-they have their own ideas. My oldest dd will turn 12 this year, though, and I'm already planning her 13th birthday. I want to spend a day shopping with her, get her a makeover and maybe a mani/pedi, have a nice lunch with none of her younger siblings hanging around. She helps with them a lot, so a day's freedom for both of us sounds fantastic.
