Mine does. One of them is on our kitchen sink we have a nozzle to adjust the water to a flow or a spray. Every time I go to use the faucet he has it on spray mode and I get sprayed all over the front of my shirt or it goes all over the counter. He has a few other habits that annoy me but I think it's better that I just mention one on here. What about you? Does your S/o have any? Have you tried to confront and or change this habit? Or do you just be silent and grin and bear it?

Haha! Great topic which everybody can relate to. :p My husband has the habit of leaving food/snacks wrappers everywhere. This can be a very shallow and simple matter but he does it over and over again even if I tell him it irritates me seeing our house with plastics everywhere. There was even one time that I had him put one dollar to our piggy bank for every wrapper that I'd find. $9 was added to our fund that day but it didn't bother him. Ugghh! :/

Oh, I am sorry but that is SO funny! I laughed so hard when I read your post...lol. I can see you getting sprayed in my minds eye and I have tears rolling down my face from laughing. Sorry, I don't mean to make light of your s/o bad habit. I am a woman and my husband is a man. That being said, I have too many annoyances choose from. I usually just grin or not grin and bear it. Thanks for the laugh. You made my day!

LOL I'm glad I made your day. I am a woman and my s/o is a man too I just put in s/o because it was easier than typing boyfriend husband wife girlfriend etc. And hey you never know these days. It is kind of petty about this annoying habit of his and I should know by now to check before turning on the water LOL. I am beginning to think he does this on purpose just to get a laugh himself. LOL thanks for responding!

Lol my fiance would bring her hair supplies and makeup into the livingroom with a mirror and do everything there. i dont know why she has to watch tv while she does this. i asked her why cant she just do it in the bathroom and she says, "i get bored in there" honestly i dont think getting ready should have to be a fun exiting adventure, or whatever. she should be doing her hair and makeup in the bathroom instead of leaving all of her stuff in the livingroom. And aother thing is when the trashcan is full she keeps putting stuff ontop of it even after it is just overfilling and the stuff she puts on there just rolls off!!! GRRR!!! why cant she starty a new bag, and i can just change it when i get home! other than those two things, shes awesome! i love you honey! lol

Oh yes. Many. I will pick just this one. We recycle here in our house and he has to have evrything washed pristinely and has pretty much taken over the whole project. Fine by me. The problem arises over the newspapers. We heat our water with a fireplace, and I need paper to get the fire started. I ask him to please not put the paper into the recylce bin, and he knows why, but he des it anyway. I then have to tromp out and ge it out of the bin and I just want to give him a hard kick every time. I rant and rave. I definately don't grin about it!

Yes my boyfirend does too!!! My boyfirend has a great metabolisim so he eats late at night when we are in bed- I mean like he's having a second dinner!!! What I can't stand about this habit is that he leaves all the dishes, silverware, cups, wrappers, napkins etc..all on his nightstand or on the floor next to the bed!!!! we live in an apartment so its not that far to the kitchen friom the bedroom...!!! I have asked him many times to make an effort every morning to put the dshes in the sink. He cleans it sporadicly so I am the one to pick it all up. this has been going on for years..its not the most important battle I want to fight, b/c I am sure we all know that its not wise to fight over everything!!!! In the big scheme of things, what he does for me & our relationship outways this stinky bad habit!!!

My husband can't for the life of him put his dishes in the sink!! He leaves them on the counter or in the living room which really makes me mad cause it's like the sink is like 3 inches away but you leave it on the counter. Then he will try to b*tch at me if I leave a dish out or something. I do the dishes so I am allowed to forget once in a while but you can't even clean up your own mess!!

We have a system for this. We rate how annoying something is on a scale of one to ten. If it's a 7 or higher, we discuss/deal with it. Anything below that we ignore. Usually it's in the form of a trade - I'll work on not doing this annoying thing and you work on ceasing this annoying behaviour. It's worked a bit. More progress needs to be made, but some has been, and it's nice that he is trying. I think he appreciates my efforts too.

My partner is a lovely guy but he is so messy. He leaves paperwork all over the living room, bits of paper on the table, magazines on the floor, all kinds of clutter everywhere. I have tried to get him to keep his papers tidy but I doubt he ever will

YES! Boy, does he ever! We will be talking online and he will say "brb" and i will say "ok." It will take him awhile to get back, and when he does out of curiosity, i will as him what he was doing. He usually says "nothing" and when i ask further he will say "it's not relavent and i'm not going to give in." It just REALLY pisses me off! If he wasn't doing anythign that will get me mad at him, why doesn't he just tell me? He only pisses me off more by not telling me. i knwo it isn't anything like him being embarassed to tell me he is using the restroom or anything like that. We are totally fine with things like that and he often tells me he needs to go use the toilet. It jsut aggrivates me when he won't just tell me what he has been up to. Maybe i should start not telling him things...but you know, that won't work because he hardly seems interested in what i have to say most of the time. That is another thing he does that completely annoys the hell out of me.

My boyfriend doesnt watch what he says. He'll make a dumb joke or make fun of someone without thinking and doesnt realize until AFTER he said it that he should have just kept his mouth shut! I do confront him all the time about it. He feels bad and apologizes but it happens again and again cause he just talks without thinking!

Yeah..Mine definitely does, she gives up on everything where the slightest road block comes into play. She has this saying that drives me crazy, "Well, thats thats!". I cringe and I get knots in my stomach every time she says that. We would be no where if it was left up to her.

She chews on her cheek and makes a rhythmic moaning sound when she does this. It is a habit she got into as a very young child. She does it when she is concentrating on something. She used to do it when she studied and her mom knew she was doing her schoolwork if she heard this noise. Therefore, her mom never tried to stop her from doing it. Sometimes she gets really loud when she does this. I always ask her (sometimes not so nicely) to stop it. PEACE

I am totally fed up of atleast one habit of my husband.Whenever we have an appointment or any other engagement,he tells me he will be back home at a particular time.So happily i complete my work, come back home, finish the necessary chores, pamper my kids, get ready on time and happily wait for him to be back any moment. The next thing,I get a call,my husband saying that he will be home in another ten minutes or so.I ask him twice if he is going to take ten minutes or one hour.He vehemently confirms"just ten minutes".He comes back after an hour. This has been happening since the time we got married, and cintinues to be so even now.Lol.Don't even want to think of it.Just can't help the feeling of irritation.Haha!!
