We save money by doing a lot of small things. My son is still in diapers and we cloth diaper. I get my haircut at a cheaper salon than I used to pre-kids. We are careful with our food budget and try to use everything up. I am trying to sew my son some clothes (although we don't need more clothes for him yet, but we will next year). Sometimes you need a break from an activity. Is there something about your kitchen that you don't like anymore? Sometimes I feel more like cooking if I clean the kitchen and reorganize a bit - when it gets cluttered, it's less pleasant to cook.

I do a lot of multitasking but I try not to because I find that i get easily distracted and then I will later find that I only half-finished something but I thought I had finished.

I made decent money when I did online content writing. otherwise, I haven't really made enough for it to be really worth it. however, every bit helps.

That's awesome. I like the Sims, too. I had someone give me the Sims 3 but I passed it onto my sister when I wasn't playing as much. now I'm thinking about playing again. It's so fun.

We've been experimenting with different recipes, mostly out of the Martha Stewart food magazine. Somethings we have tried just to be frugal, like bread pudding, but other things we have tried because they sounded interesting.

I find it hard to really appreciate free time when I have no structure at all to my days. After awhile, it just seems like I'm filling my days. Maybe you need a project? Sometimes it helps me if I have something to do, then I can really enjoy the time in which I am doing nothing.
