Hello friends, do you easily get discouraged when things dont meet or measure to your expectation? Personally i must admit before i easily get discouraged but through time i have learned to overcome it and i have learned to fight for it. Like for instance in applying a job. Before i usually get discouraged when i fail to pass but as i realized then why should i get discouraged. Its not only happens to me. Everybody experience to fail to be able to learn. Well im thankful for the people around me who always get me up when im down. who always bring backs my confidence. Well, we should always remember that the greatest glory in life is not winning but rising everytime we fall. What about you do you easily get discouraged?

I do, and I hate that I do, but I do. Sometimes, even if I am discouraged, I'll still keep trying to make whatever it is I'm trying to do work, but I'll still get frustrated and really want to give up. Other times I just give up completely and either go back to it later, or not.

Hi Cheenlly, Oh I only get a bit discouraged these days not a real lot as I used to when I was a lot younger, It does happen to everyone so when I feel like this I just try to shrug it off and try harder if I want something in my life. I have a lot of friends and especially here on mylot I have met a lot of wonderful friends and they always encourage me what ever I am feel down about.

no, am a person with a positive attitude, and am the type who really doesnt care. maybe i will get affected if i learn something disheartening but then, after that i become me again..hehe i take things lightly and i believe i cannot please everyone and that this is me..and why should i care..heheheh i know it's not much of a pretty attitude but it does help to make me feel good about me and not making others feel bad about them.. that's the best way i know not to feel discoutaged, because i dont conform and compare myself to others and at the same time, i dont step on other people rights or anything..:) peace out!:)

Yes I do get discouraged and hopeless easily when I face some disappointment in life but it is momentary and after some time I come back with much more strength to fight with the problem.Th discouragement lies with me only for a short period of time.I agree with you that the greatest glory in life is not only in winning but in rising up when we fall.

I used to get very depressive and discouraged at the same time. However, I have learnt how to manage them. Now, I would always psyche myself that there's always something good behind any setbacks and to move on.

I don't easily get discourage because of the motivational and inspirational books I have read and above all, because of the God whom I serve. I do take an example of the 11th American president in history, Abraham Lincoln who contested for several government post and fail, but at last he was able to success. I believe recognizing and picking challenges after we fall. Am encouraged by that word "the greatest glory in life is not winning but rising everytime we fall". Thanks and have a nice day.

I get discouraged very easily expecially when it comes to something that I know I can do. Like for instintace I went to take my bus driveing test and I failed the air brake part three times and their was no one around to bring me back up from that feeling. so for you to have someone to bring you back up is really great.

I'm always confident. You know, failture is the mother of success,so you should keep believing in yourself although you have failed many times.

discouragement for me is indeed a negative attitude but I admit that at times,I can never escape it.I easily get discouraged especially if it doesn't meet my expectations.well,I think that is indeed very normal. But i am trying to fight that attitude. And right now,i'm still into adjusting everything around me.

I use to get discouraged really easily but have learned over the years to not get that way. I try to realize that things work out for the best in the end.

Nope, i am not like that, actually i don't listen to people who's keep on discouraging me. Or whenever im in a situation then it can really discourage me, i tend to listen to myself and get confident that i can do something for it. I am not a type of person who can easily get discourage. I am a type of person who has a strong beliefs and confident in every way i could. Have a nice day ahead from Francis.

College has been an uphill battle for me. I love school and no matter what I will finish. I did things some would say backwards. I got married then decided to have a baby and and still in School. I do well and manage this ok, but when it is time to register for classes and a money issue arise or a schedule issue( all my class are taken on line)where the class is no longer offereed on line. I get upset and it makes me want to quit. I get through it by remembering It will be worth it in the end. But that month of registration horrors.. Sheesh! I sure want to quit.
