What File Sharing Programs Do You Use?

Does anyone have any good reccomendations on music/video sharing programs to use? I've been using Bear Share recently, and for music files its alright (sometimes they skip a little) but horrible for any videos... and it randomly asks you for 1$ donations. I'd prefer not to have to pay for a program... what do you guys think?

I use Emule...it's not the fastest but it has everything: videos, pictures, movies, music, etc. Obviously it's freeware. Sometimes i also use Bit Torrent, but only for movies, for the rest i use Emule.

My son has used bear share but it has tended to slow down and corrupt his computer, so he no longer uses it.

I use Amule. That is Linux's version of Emule. I also use K-Torrent, a torrent downloading program. I don't use any downloading clients in Windows. That's an invitation to a virus infection. Bear Share buckled under to the *AA's recently, I don't think that's a real safe option. Amule and Emule offer IP blocking protocol, which is a good idea no matter what you download.
