I think I have sufficient sleep now.I ususlly go to sleep at 23 o'clock,and get up at 6:30 next morning.then I will take some exercise,such as running,jogging,and so on.I think this regulary life does good to my health.

ya me too...i do 8 hours everynight....and every morning i c my fresh and healthy face! this is what constantly reminds me the importence of enough sleep for a healthy body and mind. i cant do a thing the day i didnt have 8 hours sleep...even an hour less makes me go dizzy and drowsy like hell! i donno if thats bad or something but i dont have any objection untill now as thats no problem.

I know this week I have not gotten enough sleep. I worked Saturday night and was awake all day Sunday. Then I worked Sundaynight. I also worked Monday and tuesday nights. I had CPR refresher on Wednesday so didn't get to sleep till noon and was awake by 4pm. So I know there has not been a lot of good sleep for me. It will be better next week though.

yes, i am one of the lucky persons who have sufficient sleep. i love to sleep therefore i see to it that i go to bed not so late so that i have enough sleep, around 7-8 hours. :)

Most of the time i get sufficient sleep,but since last week i have lots of work hence i come back late from office and dont get enough sleep.I love to sleep on saturday's n sunday's for more than 12 hours:-)...i enjoy my sleep..
