I really can't stand internet explorer, I stopped using it a few years ago, and now all I use is Mozilla Firefox, I think it is so much better than Internet Explorer. It is faster and more secure than internet explorer. If you havent ever hear of Mozilla Firefox, or have never used It I suggest trying it Out. www.doubleadollar.com

I wouldn't call myself Anti-IE, but while I use it at work (only choice) and it isn't that bad there. When I am at home,, my preference is for Firefox, much easier in almost every situation and far less likely to be compromised.

I also prefer firefox. I found it a couple of months ago and will not go back to IE! Everything loads faster, I have had less viruses, etc since I started using it. I also like the fact that I can add the add ons that I like and dress it up a little.

everywhere I go that doesnt have firefox, I end up downloading it, I rarely ever use internet explorer anywhere. I guess I am just so used to using Firefox, maybe I am a little bias, but I seriously think it is so much better than IE

I too hated IE in the early years, however in my field I don't have much choice but to test cleints sites in all browsers. I prefer Firefox but randomly use IE 7 as well

I own a Mac, and use Firefox. I've used IE before, and in my experience it is a low-quality browser....it's always playing catch-up when it comes to new features like tabbed browsing, displaying CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), or supporting new file formats like transparent PNG's. I'm a web designer and designing for IE is very difficult to do. The only reason why IE is so popular is because it is the default browser on every PC on the market. Firefox is a superb browser and much better than IE. It is updated frequently and has many extensions to make Firefox even more user friendly. About 25% of internet users currently use Firefox to IE's 65%, and I'm estimating within the next 5-10 years that those numbers will be reversed.

Even I like mozilla more than internet explorer, but stil on the internet there are many sites which have compatibility issues with mozilla, specially indian online shopping websites. Therefore I am forced to use Internet Explorer. And IE7 is very good and performs decent enough.

I've stopped using IE since ages. But still it remains in my computer as some sites need Internet explorer. I also downloaded the firefox-IE plugin but it didn't seem to work :(. I love the multi-tabbing facility in Firefox more than anything :). And yes, it is waaaaaaay to faster than Internet Explorer !!! Check it out i.e. message to users who haven't heard of it

Yeah I prefer firefox, but sometimes when I play too many videos on it it just crashes. But IE is more susceptible to viruses and spyware. I find the people who are absolutely obsessed with Firefox hilarious. I saw a video where a group of people made a crop circle out of the firefox logo, made stuff.
