DIVORCE ...is common in India nowadays

Divorce is common if husband and wife are working because the highest percentage of cases registered under this circumstance.But Its not only working couples nowdays seek divorce as fact is day by day number of married couples apply for divorce.The couples with children failed to realise about the mental stress that could be faced by their children
But iam not against some cases where divorce is the only solution where illegal affair & dowry are stated as a main criterea.
A recent survey indicates that most couples working in night shifts are applying for divorce more.The jugdes in these family court do their best to reunite these couples by conducting many counselling sessions and very rarely they are sucessful making the couple understand what life is.
I think beside all the above its the lack of proper understanding which results in the break up of this marriages.Please share your thoughts?

My friend got divorce with his wife, the already had 2 years old daughter. Maybe they were young and not mature enough, and they married because of their emotion, they didn't think about future, still think about themself and their ego.
The kid are the victims, they can be growing up with their mother or their father.
If we have decide to get married then we have to be more mature and think about our partner feeling, not just about me me and me.
I am disagree with divorce, but some people said that better to get divorce than got affair with another man or woman.

it is indeed sad to see and hear about divorce these days, i feel that first there should be proper understanding before marriage. one should not rush into marriage and it should be more of a slow and understanding process. that will help to eliminate many problems later on.

You are right. The number of divorce cases are increasing day by day. It is only because of the freedom that people want from their partner. Now a days people are more concerned in thinking about the short-term happiness rather than the longer-term happiness. As you said, the more cases is from the people working in night shifts job. If your partner doesnt likes you to work in such shifts, then why to work. But then the other feels happy in working on such conditions and is ready to sacrifice his/her relationship. They dont understand that, these are just temperorary happiness!
I feel that parents should take a note on such things and try to explain their kids to adjust and give up. We should be ready to accept our faults and try not to be selfish!

I don't see any reason why husband and wife should stay on if they do not see things eye to eye. Rather than causing more heartaches, the best solution is to get a divorce and go on with life. We are here only for a short period of time - so its better to make full use of our time to be with someone we really care and love.

I don't see a problem with divorce; in the US, IIRC, the divorce rate is 50%. Sometimes a divorce is necessary, for example in the case of domestic violence. Although some may think living with separated parents emotionally scars children, what's worse is living with parents who are constantly fighting (physically or verbally).

Idont believe in divorce. In our country divorce is illegal. The children is the one affected if parents are divorce. They are the one suffer from pain of divorce parents. I READ A STORY ABOUT A LITTLE GIRL WHOSE PARENTS ARE DIVORCE. She said she cant always take what happened to her parents. Especially during holidays she went to places to places beecause her parents live in differentplaces. Its not easy and why couple have divorce? For me divorce is not only solution of the trouble they have.
