emptiness is a feeling that no one can describe. its a hollow feeling. when you search something to find a question, or answer or just to look in yourself, you found nothing. that's emptiness. then, what do you do when you feel empty inside?

I write it out sometimes. Sounds lame, I know, but I have a tendency to scribble down thoughts and just release them from my system that way. Otherwise I listen to slow music and zone out on my bed, trying to think about nothing.

hi there. anyway, how to write something if nothing is in your mind? its empty. and how to think of nothing? bizzare isn't it? till now, i dont know how to react when i feel empty inside. i'll just cry and think of 'what if' questions.

When I feel empty inside I like to fill that void inside with painkillers. Nothing chases the blues away like chocolate ice cream and a bottle of Vicodin. Here is a little trick that I used to get over a weeklong depression after I saw a chipmunk get run over in the raod. I took out a pen and a small sheet of paper. I closed the curtains, and locked the door... and took the phone off the hook so I could be alone with my thoughts. Then I wrote down all the things that are wrong with my life and the world in general. After a while I realized that the list was slowly becoming a poem. A peopm so dark... so terrible... that it drove me into my depression even further. Then I took the pen and jabed it several times into the back of my hand... this helped me realize that pain was real...... oh so real..... I then got a little light headed and the next thing I know I passed out for a little while. When I woke up I felt fresh as a daisy and ready to take on the world once more. Hope this helps!!
