I love pockets. My favorite diapers are the ones that I've made at home -- they're one-size contour pocket diapers. They need a cover, but they're so nice. Just love them. And I recently bought a Starbunz fleece pocket diaper that is just fantastic. I'm not a fan of the AIO's because they take so much longer to dry.

Hmm... My son is 16 months and we use regular diapers, but I am interested in trying cloth diapers. May seem like a dumb question, but I know nothing about cloth diapers.... How would I go about getting some or trying some out for my son? Sounds cheaper and I need to find a new way because this boy goes through diapers like crazy. Can you email me at foxeesamantha@aol.com with some information.... do you make them? do you know a place that sells them?

there are many different kinds out there. i have a cloth diapering information page on my site: http://www.freewebs.com/trendytush there are many sites that sell variety packs for people starting out so they can try a few different kinds before stocking up on all one kind. diaperjunction.com has a nice starter pack for trying different kinds. you can try used ones rather cheap through diaperswappers.com then that will help you pick what you like best and you can get new once you know. if you want more information feel free to email me trendytush@gmail.com and i'm an active member of pregnancyweekly.com's cloth diapering message board :)

I love pockets, my son is a super soaker and that's the only thing that will hold it in. He's almost at potty learning time, he'll hold it all in for awhile then bam there's a flood lol. I can't wait till he's more verbal so he can tell me he's got to go! I've never had luck with any AIO's, but I used to have some for my husband to use, they are very daddy friendly. I never got into wool, too damn expensive and I am a travelling mama, the simpler the better for us!

I'm looking into AIO's right now. For the past year I've used disposables but I absolutely despise them and am researching cloth. I did purchase a gDiaper starter kit and gave that a try for a week and loved it! I'd really rather prefer to do all cloth though, as long as they work as well. I'm really excited to make the switch and have spent the last few days reading anything and everything about cloth diapering I could find, including reviews of different brands. Now I just have to pick one (or a few)! Do you have any suggestions as far as brands or styles go?? I have it narrowed down to a few but I'm really liking Berry Plush AIO's and Starbunz AIO's. Everywhere I look I see bumGenius 2.0, FuzziBunz, and SwaddleBees AIO's though, and they're a lot cheaper, so I'm wondering if I should get the more expensive ones and assume they're of higher quality, or if I should save my money and go with one of the more popular brands. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
