PSP / PS3 movie converter

I need a good free tool that can convert DVD and Divx movies to the format supported by the PSP and the PS3. Anyone know of a prgram like that? If you dont know a free tool then please let me know whatever tools you know of. Thanks.

I have found a program called 'Super(c)'. I will convert most videos from and to just about any format. It does have a PSP and a PS3 conversion setting. I've used it and tested it on my son's PSP and it works. I use it to convert stuff so I can watch videos on my PDA instead of just the computer. It is totally free ware.
