Weird Dream = Tired in the Morning?

Everytime I have a really weird dream (basically almost every night) I am more tired in the morning. Even if I never woke up, I still am very tired. Is there a link between weird dreams and being tired when you wake up? Well last night I had a REALLY weird dream, and I woke up so tired, even though I did not wake up one time the night.

One possibility that you had an out of the body experience that is why you are always tired. I heard that those people who could actually project astrally may feel tired. But I don't know much about the subject so this is just a wild guess. Happy dreaming!

I have weird dreams all of the time and I have a very hard time going to sleep. I cannot eat before I got bed or i will be up in the middle of the night. I will lay there and toss and turn until I finally fall asleep butthen I start dreaming. I think I am really restless when I sleep and that makes me very tired when I get up the next day. Maybe you aren't getting rested while you sleep since you are dreaming alot.

Odd and weird dreams tend to drain your stamina and your mental capacity when you wake up because oftentimes, you are always thinking and wondering about the dream, whether it has meaning, and just wondering why it's plain weird. When I'm extremely tired, I either don't get dreams or I don't remember them in the morning. However, if I do dream of something extremely weird and memorable, I often obsess over it in the morning. Because of that, I think that I get naturally tired because I feel like at night I haven't really "concentrated" on sleeping but more like concentrated on dreaming instead. Perhaps that's the reason why you feel so tired in the morning even though you are physically rested. You're probably just mentally tired from thinking too much.
